I haven’t been posting daily as usual, as I wanted to get to a certain point with my models, where I could unwrap the individual parts of the mesh and take them into a sculpting program. I’m still not quite there, as I’d like to remodel some of the areas I’m less satisfied with (hands, shoes etc), but thought I’d share my progress anyhow (prepare for a barrage of images!):

Several hours or so painting n blocking out colours whilst on my PC etc:

So, modelling clothes is creeping onto new territory for me. This is how far I’ve got today, not entirely sure if the creases will look correct in a sculpting program but this will be my first attempt! Tried to give the characters torso seams but they don’t seems to sub-divide quite right, will have to do some research and experimenting:

Working on my third and final character Jin today:

Again I adapted the orginal head mesh, its messy but still a time saver.

Tomorrow I will be adapting the original male body mesh to this character.
